Per NJSA 45:1514, all licensees must have their license at all times when engaged in the business of a real estate broker, brokersalesperson, salesperson or agent. To be in compliance with this statutory requirement, licensees must carry the physical copy or a digital image and be able to produce it upon request.
New Jersey’s real estate licensing law, N.J.S.A. 45:15-1 et seq. The REC issues licenses to real estate brokers and salespersons, real estate schools, and course instructors, as well as establishes standards of practice for the real estate brokerage profession. It also regulates and registers out-of-state sales through New Jersey brokers.
All licensees now have the ability to generate their own real estate license as an Adobe Acrobat PDF document.
The New Jersey Real Estate license and the pocket card HAVE BEEN COMBINED. Your license is now to be used as your pocket card.

3. Addendum from the State regarding “Referral Licensees” limitations of license signed and dated. (on website) – Download Here
4. Termination/release from previous company if necessary
5. Membership form filled out (on website) – Download Here
6. Contract and Office Policy form signed and dated, (available once paperwork is submitted)
